Factions of the Montelibero Association are actually an existing type of corporate members of the Association of the same name, which specialize in the formulation, consolidation and implementation of local values ​​and interests of individual ideological and social groups within the movement. Factions formalized as corporate members of the Association may assemble delegations and provide Thus, to gain representation on the Association Council, use the joint infrastructure and legal framework of MTLA to more effectively defend their interests. In fact, the Association acts only as a technological and infrastructural shell that operates within the framework of the interests of certain factions and their consensus.

The algorithm for creating factions provides:

1. Formulating the distinctive idea of ​​a specific faction;

2. Creation of a specialized group in the messenger to unite like-minded people;

3. Creating a specialized account on the faction’s blockchain (preferably a beautiful one);

4. Joining the Association as a corporate participant with this account and indicating in the blockchain consent to participate in the Council;

5. Development of internal rules of self-regulation within the Association, as well as the formulation, implementation and adjustment of the faction’s external action plan, which may include any algorithm of action not prohibited by the basic principles.
