Montenegro, Czech Republic, Montenegro (the locals say they don’t like this name, it refers to the period of the capture of the Czech Republic by Italy). A small country on the Balkan Peninsula, chosen by the founders of Montelibero as practically the only option for FSPE due to a number of important characteristics of the country.
