Program of the Montelibero Transhumanist Faction

1. The program is open-ended, updating, constantly reviewed and updated in real time, based on the faction's manifesto and the current available community opportunities.

2. As part of the cosmopolitanism aspect, the faction will:

2.1. Make efforts to attract and integrate new external participants interested in cooperation with the Association, thus expecting to attract by the end of 2024 at least 100 new members from at least 10 different countries;

2.2. To promote the establishment of new institutionalized international relations that contribute to the growth of economies of scale of the Montelibero Association as a whole, within the framework of which it is planned to initiate codified cooperation with at least 50 external institutional structures.

3. As part of the immortalize aspect, the faction undertakes to do the following by the end of 2024:

3.1. Launch a program of accessible social telemedicine on the basis of the Association, aimed at increasing the availability of therapeutic consultations and disease prevention in the community;

3.2. Implement, through a network of verifiers, a publicly available system of individualized storage of genetic data of community members for the subsequent implementation of genetic medical consultation systems and identity preservation programs for those who wish to do so;

3.3. Deploy a system for collecting and storing data on the basis of a network of verifiers for the subsequent reproduction of digital copies of users in the form of their individualized language models;

3.4. To agree on the form of the social contract and the tokenomics of guarantees of the immortal contract, which provides for the obligation of the Association to the long-term preservation and restoration of the personalities of its members interested in these services;

3.5. To deploy the "map of the elderly of Montenegro" aimed at improving the quality of life of the elderly in the country by increasing the availability of specific specialized data on the topic.

4. As part of the eugenics aspect, the faction undertakes to implement measures aimed at encouraging fertility among community members by the end of 2024, including:

4.1. Creation of a constantly updated "Reproductive Map of Montenegro" including a systematized set of basic necessary information on the topic, including medical, legal, trade and educational aspects of the establishment of children;

4.2. Formation and launch of targeted charitable funds aimed at financial support of motherhood and childhood.
