1. MTLDefi is a specialized investment token for global staking and farming by a profile expert group of issuers led by @Seregan1.

2. A group of issuers invests in various products that provide a regular cash flow, the investment structure at the moment can be tracked at the links:

3. Available funds are managed through multi-signature by an absolute majority of signatories, at least 50+1% of whom are signatories of the MTL fund, whose share cannot include the management part of the enterprise, i.e. @Seregan1 and persons delegated by him to the multi-signature.

4. Each signatory of the MTL Fund has the right to enter the management of this account as a signatory of this sub-fund.

5. The group of issuers undertakes, within the framework of this sub-fund, to ensure a regular cash flow received in EURMTL to the account of MTTL Defi token holders in proportion to their contribution no later than 10:00 a.m. Podgorica every Friday.

6. MTTL Defi is initially issued 1 to 1 with EURMTL, its subsequent liquidation and additional issue value fluctuates along with fluctuations in the total value of sub-fund deposits. For example, if the total value of the sub-fund's assets falls by 30%, then the additional issue and redemption of the token occurs at a price of 0.7 EURMTL per 1 MTLDfi, and vice versa, with an increase of 30% of the deposit from the initial cost of the token, its redemption and additional issue occurs at a price of 1.3 EURMTL per 1 MTL Defi.

7. The issuer undertakes to ensure the return of EURMTL to MTTLDefi, as amended by paragraph 6, within a week after the first request received in writing in the project chat - https://t.me/+WHIcKGj5GdVmNGUy

8. The issuer withholds 10% of the profit from the weekly distributed amount of dividends received as compensation for its business costs already in EURMTL, after taking into account all transaction costs incurred in this process for the entire payout and to ensure transparency and consolidation of accounting.

9. In order to guarantee financial interest in the positive dynamics under paragraph 6, i.e. growth, and not a decrease in the total mass of the financial base of the deposit, the Issuer undertakes to keep at least 10% of the total number of MTLDfi tokens secured by the corresponding amount of capital investments in the deposit on their personal balance sheets and account for them on general terms.
