13. Holders of time tokens purchased before any changes to the Offer Agreement have the right to demand the application of the older version of the terms for the tokens acquired during its validity period.

NAP means Non-Aggression Principle.

The NAP is the essential foundation of the [[Montelibero_movement|Montelibero movement (MTL)]]. Recognition of the NAP is a defining requirement for all MTL participants.

== What does this mean ==

The NAP means that no one is allowed to initiate aggression without responsibility.

NAP has no exceptions. Not for a friend, not for the police, not for the state as a whole.

We can delegate to others only those rights that we ourselves have. You have the right to self-defense, which means it can be delegated to other people. We do not have the right to rob people, so we cannot delegate it to other people. We do not have the right to decide what a neighbor can eat, which means that other people cannot decide this for you.

A person who recognizes the NAP cannot consider government regulation as an acceptable way to influence the world. If you recognize the NAP, then you cannot consider taxes as a legitimate practice. == What is Montelibero? ==

Montelibero is a libertarian movement that unites individuals from all over the world. Our goal is to create, implement and popularize public practices aimed at increasing the guarantee of personal sovereignty and freedom of association for all capable participants.

== Participation conditions ==

Terms of participation in our movement:
# Voluntary and equal interaction between capable traffic participants
# Voluntary and parity cooperation even with those individuals who cannot act freely and competently for any reason
# Striving for the legitimacy of their activities

== Interaction between participants ==

The rules of interaction based on the principle of autonomy of the individual and the [[NAP|principle of non-aggression]] are the only basic rules for the interaction of participants in our movement. The principle of non-aggression implies the unacceptability of the initiation or threat of violence against the person or property of another participant in legal relations. The principle of autonomy implies the exclusive right of a capable individual to independent and free disposal of his resources, including himself, as well as to freedom of cultural choice.

In practice, this means:

* Everyone can use his autonomy as long as he does not deprive another of the autonomy by his actions.
* Physical aggressive actions that are not self-defense are suppressed by all available methods.
* Other forms of aggression, including verbal, are suppressed only by similar methods, up to the termination of verbal or other relations with the aggressor.
* Individuals and organizations that declare themselves as part of the movement recognize the importance of the principle of non-aggression and individual freedom and assume the responsibility to counter those who deny the voiced principles.

No organization or individual can speak for the movement as a whole. The MTL Fund of the same name provides it with information support in the investment interests of its members, however, it is a specific local organization and does not represent the movement as a whole.

Our movement is a living project that grows and adapts. Specific forms and means of implementing the stated principles are constantly changing, based on the needs, will and competence of the participants, as well as environmental factors.

Any initiative that follows the principles described above can declare itself to be part of the Montelibero movement at will and does not need anyone's consent to do so.
